Exhibitor Registration

Exhibiting at this event will give you access to approximately 250 Nurses, Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Pharmacists, Public Health Professionals, and anyone else interested in immunizations throughout the region.  This year, participants have the option to attend in-person or virtually.    

Each 10x10 foot booth space includes an 8 foot table with linen & skirting, two chairs, access to power and internet.  Registration for two representatives to exhibit (includes breaks and lunch), along with the opportunity to submit a promotional video to virtually attendees, is included with this fee.  Additional Representatives (more than the two included in the registration) are $75 per person.

Confirmations

A registration confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provide upon registration. An emailed receipt will be sent once payment has been received.

Requesting Additional Services

If you would like to purchase additional booth amenities, outside of those provided for you, please complete the Exhibitor Services Form and return with payment to the Bismarck Event Center (address is listed at the bottom of the form). The completed form MUST be received by May 30.

Shipping

All vendor items MUST be shipped through Jobbers Convention Freight Services.  No freight carriers are allowed to deliver to, or pick up from the Bismarck Event Center.  Please visit the Bismarck Event Center's website to view the complete process and register your company to ship materials to the Bismarck Event Center.
